Would it be feasible to alter the sizes of the inventory for each of the tiers of Item Input/Output? It would be nice to be able to alter that in the config, but I'm not sure how easy this would be on your end.

I mentioned in briefly in the mod introduction video i made. While i wanna do it, i'm gonna need some time to do the calculations to make customized inventories "as square as possible" so it looks at least halfway decent. So i'm gonna do that whenever i get around to it. Other things have priority atm though.
