Interacting with Fluid output/input crashes (sevtech 3.0.4)

everytime i try to interact with the input valves to check the liquid, i crash shortly after opening them, its happened 3 times now, same reason everytime.
Im trying to pipe it into there so this crash wont happen anymore, but is this a known bug?
Might be #76, need crashlog, though.
@Deadnoz any log updates?
