Feature: Vacuum Module & experience

Want a way to vacuum up XP orbs, possibly converting them to liquid XP to be stored in a tank in the router, or maybe as bottles o' enchanting (7 xp = 1 bottle since bottles are worth 7 xp on average).
Module enhancement for the vacuum module, or maybe a new module type?
