Break router and modules disappear

I can't reproduce this. Breaking a router with installed modules preserves the modules, and they're present when the router is placed back down. Tested this both by breaking the router by hand, and via the Actually Additions auto-breaker.

I need much more info about what you are doing to reproduce this problem. Please provide a detailed description of what you did.
