Regulator Augment does not work with Puller Modules

Describe the bug
Using Puller Mk2 modules work fine on their own, however when adding in a regulator augment to keep some stock of an item in a router, the Puller modules no longer work.
How to reproduce the bug
Use a regulator module on a puller mk2 module and configure the regulator with any value.
Expected behavior
The regulator should keep the specified number of items in an inventory and allow for the puller module to work.
