Describe the bug

Crafted an breaker module using netherite pickaxe and it only breakers stone. Tested with canes, mature wheat, dirt, wood.

Using no other modes except Modular Routers, Jade and REI.

MC 1.21.4
NF 21.4.80
mod ver. 13.4.0

How to reproduce the bug

Place router with breaker module, direction back

Place stone, will break
Place dirt, wont break

Expected behavior

Was planning to use it for sugar cane farm so I expected it to break sugar cane.
