Repro:

  1. Create a new world (single player)
  2. Place down a Logic Cable Connector
  3. Restart the world (relog)
  4. Place water using the water bucket next to the Logic Cable Connector

Actual result
Water is not flowing:

Expected result:
Water is flowing.

Additional information:
I think the Logic Cable Relay and the original IE LV/MV Wire Connector are unaffected.
If the issue does not occur, move a few chunks away and retry.
