A pretty hard mod to play with it makes the stuff pretty hard to make but worth it
it has more op netherite tools you can use (crafts down below)
for first upgrade do (as an example) making an upgraded netherite pickaxe??? then use 3 normal netherite pickaxes to as for example where you would put the cobblestone when crafting a stone pickaxe!!! and for 2nd upgrade is technically the same just use 3 upgraded netherite pickaxes.
