Keep in mind, I also had the Epic Fight 1.20.1 Beta installed, Which could also be a cause? And Yung's Better End Island, Which blacklisted endermen from spawning during the dragon fight, So only mutant endermen could spawn, so there was atleast a dozen mutants

I'm not sure how to replicate this, I dug into a hole to try to protect myself, then got hit by a mutant enderman and the game crashed
