[Suggestion]: add a config to blacklist or whirtelist blocks from the endersoul hand pickup ability

I have another mod with several unbreakable blocks and would like to be able to blacklist them from being able to be moved by the endersoul hand.

Add them to the mutantmonsters:endersoul_hand_holdable_immune block tag. Check the mod jar to find the tag with the existing values.
