This mod is rather simple, only adding 1 new boss. The Mutant Witch spawns naturally in swamps rarely. The Mutant Witch can inflict you with a new, unique potion in the mod called Witches' Brew. This potion will make your maximum heart count drop. The new potion, Witches' Brew, can be found in potion, splash potion, and lingering potion formation, although only in creative.
