Programmed Circuit Card from NAE2 Can't Go In Dual Interface?

Essentially the Programmed Circuit Card can go in the Normal ME Interface however it cannot go into the Fluid/Dual Interface?
Is it remaining like this or will it be allowed in the Fluid/Dual Interface in a future update?
