[Bug]: Naturalist preventing mobs from other mods from spawning.

What happened?
Mod seems to cause other mobs from other mods to not generate as much if at all. Please fix this or add a config to turn off whatever is causing this in the code. I believe what is causing this is your code that messes with the way vanilla mobs spawn. Making a toggle for that should fix this.

WARNING: Lots of mods. This is for a modpack me and my friends are making.
I suggest testing with a mod like "Unusual Fish Mod" or something similar like Ambient Additions. The effects are pretty obvious.
