What happened?
Shut down server changed Dragon Fly to:
#Dragonfly Spawn Weight
#Range: 0 ~ 1000
dragonflySpawnWeight = 0
Saved file
Started Server
Dragon flys still spawning
Did kill all entities command to make sure
Dragonflys still spawning
