Now you can catch neuroviruses that can destroy you or make you invincible. So what happens now is some mobs will have neuroviruses they can be transmitted to the player upon interaction, also neuroviruses arise if you rarely sleep and eat poorly, and also very rarely through being underground for a long time or conversely very high up. All neuroviruses are curable. Good neuroviruses can only be obtained by contact with a mob, but keep in mind these mobs are much more complex than ordinary ones.
