As for the biomes, there are only two for now. Icy Roofed Swamp, is a swamp biome, inspired by don't starve. The grass, air, water, and foliage, are all purple.
The second biome, is Ocean Nether Leak. In which, it's the nether leaking into the overworld, but in the ocean. The biome is as hot as a desert, but not hot enough to boil away the water. The water has been colored by the nether-essence, to look yellow, like lava.
