The One Block Clock allows you to save space and get pulses to some really tight areas. The block has 9 Inventory Slots you can fill with items to define the clock pulse speed, each item represents 1 tick in game.

I don't really intend to turn this into a bigger mod than it is, just a standalone definable clock for those who don't want the hassle of a bloated redstone mod.
