You can find two new structures, the large and small Biolabs.
There are now beans scattered around the landscape, like flowers, which are a good food when cooked.
The Petri dish is an important block used to grow organs from cells. You can create cells yourself or find them in structures.
Some organs have passive effects, some have right-click uses.
All organs have a description in their tooltip, describing their effects.
It also adds a new weapon found in large Biolabs that can stun enemies for 1.5 seconds.
The mod starts with the Cell Tool - used to make the Cell Extractor and the DNA Transfusor.
You can extract Base Cells from Rotten Flesh with the first one and specialize them with the second.
After you've grown your organs, it's time to upgrade them with an Upgrade Core. It's pretty expensive though, requiring a Chorus Fruit to craft.
