PackagedMekemicals is an addon to PackagedAuto and Mekanism, and it adds the ability to use Mekanism's chemicals in PackagedAuto. That said, this mod is designed to be able to run without Applied Energistics 2 and Applied Mekanistics, but installation with it is recommended.
