Particle Rain replaces the default rain with some particle effects. In addition to snow and rain, deserts have sandstorms and mesas have red sandstorms.
Required dependencies: Fabric API , Cloth Config
Optional dependencies: mod menu - used to access the config menu.
Loader: Fabric only. I'm not against a forge port in the future, just not right now.
Side: Client only.
