Rocket and Pearl keybind mod

• use a pearl or rocket from anywhere in your hotbar. (couldnt figure out how to make it work inside of the inventory)
• needs fabric api
• build how you would build any mod normally (./gradlew build and libs are in build/libs)

i used Jamozed's lepton mod as a base for this
