[MPU display] display MPU and spell stats on the display of an MPU

when holding e.g. shift, alt or a keybind
when MPU stats are too weak to cast the spell
- show the stats too weak message above the stats in red instead of in the output
darken the spell display a bit while the stats are shown to improve readability
