Sounds like your placebo jar is broken, you should probably redownload it.

Just did what you suggested but got the same error. Plants-1.12.2-2.8.0 loads fine.

Does the error occur on 2.8.0? I can't reproduce this at all

2.8.0 is fine. The server fails to start only when i update to 2.8.1.

I really don't have a clue whats going on here. That crash doesn't happen at all for me

I tried to start the pack server with a new world and 2.8.1. Still no go
