With Poison Kills in your datapacks, you need to be very afraid of getting poisoned, as it will no longer leave you alive with half a heart, it will be merciless and kill you and any other entity that might have gotten poisoned!
This mod will make it so that any entity that gets poisoned and is low enough on health, will ultimately die if not cured in time.

Currently supporting 1.20.X, will work on getting it working on more versions during the holidays!
(And probably remake it so that it isn't a datapack hidden in a mod.. you know for performance and other stuffs sake)
