This music disc will allow you to travel to the Overworld if you are only in the Nether or the End.

This music disc will allow you to travel to the Nether if you are only in the Overworld or the End.

This music disc will allow you to travel to the End if you are only in the Overworld or the Nether. Another thing to note about this one is that it will directly try to spawn you on the End Island.
