    1. Minecraft Version: 1.14.4
    2. Forge Version: forge-28.0.75
    3. Mod Version: prefab-1.4.0.4.jar
      What type of issue is this? Choose one of the following:

Forge changed how they do recipe conditions in a recent build. Going to have to figure it out.

This issue was introduced in forge build 62 for 1.14.4. I have updated the description of the 1.4.0.4 version file and have uploaded Prefab version 1.4.0.5 to address this issue for forge versions 62 and later.
