This item will allow players to clear spaces without having to create a powered bulldozer through the Anvil which will make cleaning up much easier.

The Creative Bulldozer will be enhanced so that fluids are replaced by stone and then cleared to avoid lava/water leaks.

Additionally; when the player is in "Creative Mode"; no drops from blocks will be generated (except for doors and possibly other double high blocks). This is to avoid game lag.
