As soon as I try to log into my server it crashed me to desktop

I pushed an update to curseforge that might fix the problem. I say "might" as I wasn't able to duplicate it in the first place even though I installed all of the performance and shader mods which produced the issue. Though I may not have the specific shaders/configuration you are using which caused the issue in the first place.

Once the new version is out there, please try again and if the issue persists, please create a new issue with a full mod list as well as your Shader configuration to further help with troubleshooting.
