Starting houses are great and all but sometimes you want something bigger to live in.

Moderate houses are the answer to this. For right now the plan is to make these around 2x2 chunks in size. They will have a decent sized farm and a place for trees. The trees might even be pre-grown!

There will also be more advanced decorations.

There will also be a configuration option to allow the server admin to provide the moderate house on player join instead of the starting house.

There will be a few variations to start with and we will add more as time goes on (just like with the starting house).
