Snow covered blocks play sound of block beneath

Minecraft Version: 1.20.1
Presence Footsteps Version: 1.9.2

Snow covered blocks no longer play the sound of walking on snow but instead the sound of the block underneath, similar to #184
Carpets seem to work just fine however. Similarly the issue is not present in PF 1.9.0.
