1.21.5-1.21.6 both crashed my game before it could open.

I play on 1.21.6, and so I downloaded that version first. I noticed that when I downloaded it, it said it was 1.21.7, which I didn't download. My game kept crashing and telling me I had the wrong Fabric API and that some mod I never downloaded needed to be updated. It had a K in it, can't remember exactly what it said. I tested it a few times, taking the mod out and running the game; it was working fine. Adding the mod back in, however, caused it to crash immediately.
I thought, "Okay, maybe it's just this version specifically." So I decided to try 1.21.5, and it also crashed my game, this time without a crash-fix-suggestion screen.
I do have other mods installed, but I've never had a problem. Please help, I would love to use this mod...
