Describe the Issue

When using both Silent Gear and Pretty Beaches the Excavator (3x3 Shovel) on sand adjacent to a water block (source or flowing) the Excavator will only dig a single block instead of the 3x3, and will drop the block as item and replace it with a source block of water.

Issue is present with only Silent Gear and Lib, Pretty Beaches and Balm, JEI and EMI. Pastebin log is from this instance.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge or Arclight)?

I do use Sodium. However, Pastebin log is without any.
