Would it be possible to make speed upgrades for the harvester pylons, as when im using it, stuff gets grown really fast and the pylons cant keep up

No plans to add speed upgrades at this time. If you're in single player you can change the harvesterWorkDelay config to 10, which will make it run every 10 ticks (2 times per second) instead of every 60 ticks (3 seconds).
