Configurable crop harvesting

Potential enhancement:
Harvester pylon recipe support, input block name and output the desired crop. Harvester will check for growable matching block, reduce age and drop the specified resource. This would override the default drops, if any.
Depending on performance JEI plugin could also index all growables and get drops at load.
