Pretty much what the title says. Either by a constant redstone on or maybe by pulse toggle? Mainly thinking about the Interdiction pylon having an awesome use for toggleable mob farms that produce a lot of mobs. Having redstone control could make it better for public use (on public servers). I bet people can find uses for the others as well.
edit: ngl, just realized that this was actually implemented already, it just doesnt work. it changes the label on the button in the gui (when you give it redstone to toggle) but it doesnt actually change the in world state of it functioning.
