[Feature]: Change how xp and loot are scaled on mob death

Currently:
- mob scaling of 0.7 results in 30% less loot/xp
- mob scaling of 1.2 results in 20% more loot/xp
Idea: implement more options to choose for loot/xp scaling
- normal: scaling of loot like it is currently
- mob scaling of 0.7 results in 30% less loot/xp
- mob scaling of 1.2 results in 20% more loot/xp
- always decrease:
- mob scaling of 0.7 results in 30% less loot/xp
- mob scaling of 1.2 results in 20% less loot/xp
- always increase:
- mob scaling of 0.7 results in 30% more loot/xp
- mob scaling of 1.2 results in 20% more loot/xp
- none: no scaling of loot/xp
