Add ModMenu and ClothConfigApi support for client

Missing settings when trying to configure from client.

ModMenu is already supported (it displays information about the mod).
If this seems to be missing in one specific version, pls let me know.

There are currently no plans to integrate ClothConfig, also I am not sure it supports lists and maps of more complex types (like the scaling overrides).

Sorry for confusion, I meant that RandomMobSizes mod will have "settings" accessible from client.

And I find out that author of ClothConfig asked to stop recommending it 😅
