Starting a world, leaving, and reentering causes it to hang at 100% while loading

Seems this bug isn't completely gone yet. Tested in 1.0.2 and was present in 1.0.1 as well.

I also sometimes have this, most of the times a Minecraft restart fixes this.

Does this happen when the world have at least one building? Still happening in 1.0.8 pre, so more details on replicating this issue might do it good.
