News:
Rescue's on an extended ( but not indefinite ) hiatus for the time being. I've been busy working on my other mod, ActualMusic, and have been dealing with some stressful life stuff. Thanks for your patience!
My mods now have an official bug tracker. You can find it by clicking "Issues" at the top of this page. Please make all bugs reports and suggestions there, and not in the comments or via PM. It makes keeping track of everything so much easier. Thanks!
The newest version of this mod requires Embassy 1.1.0. You can find Embassy here.
If you speak another language and would like to see it in the mod, please take a look over here where you can provide a translation. I'll include any translations I get in the next minor update!
Foreword:
One is never really dead until no one remembers them.
Hardcore mode has a certain allure to some people. To others, it sounds like a pointless pain in the butt. Personally, I feel I perform magnitudes better when the threat of death is a little more real, and so I opt to play the majority of my Minecraft games in Hardcore mode. The unfortunate side-effect of this choice is that my friends seldom want to play with me, because they're quite a bit more reckless with their virtual well-being and they don't want to play if they have to worry about being kicked out of the game. Similarly, it's no fun for me to invite someone to play only to have them die on the second day, leaving me alone.
Description:
Rescue is a concept I drew up to remedy perma-death without completely foregoing Hardcore mode. When your health reaches 0, you fall to the ground and must be rescued by another player before the remainder of your will to live slips away. Other players on the server will be notified when someone is injured, so they can rescue them by bringing them back to their bed ( or the world spawn, if they don't have a bed ).
The mod is still in it's earliest stages, and so there are no options to configure and there are bound to be ridiculous bugs around every corner. You can help bring out the potential in the concept by reporting bugs and making suggestions over at my issue tracker!

Documentation & Help:
I've written documentation for the mod, which you can find by clicking "Wiki" at the top of the page (make sure you choose the right version, because I'll be updating the docs as new files with each major version). If you found a bug or want to make a suggestion for the mod please visit my issue tracker, also at the top of the page. If anything is unclear or if you have any other questions, I'll be happy to answer them. Please head on over to the Discord server I set up, right here! I'll try to check in on this site too, but I make no promises - I have the memory span of a fish.
Thank You!
Thanks for trying my mod! I'm still very new to modding, and I love to hear what people have to say about my work, so leave me a comment or say hi on the Discord server if you'd like!

Comments:
I've opted to remove ActualMusic's comment section, mostly due to the fact that I rarely check into Curseforge unless I'm uploading a file. If you have a bug report, comment, question, or just want to say hi, please join us on Discord!
