How the hell did this get past testing?

Sorry, insulting a mod author doesn't encourage to get any attention.
Furthermore, your report is incomplete, notably:
1- what version of Forge and Cyberware are used here?
2- what augments did you install on those different pictures? is it always the same setup?
3- I see an overlay on your screen that is not added by Cyberware, please double check your list of mods.

And this is with 2 mods, Cyberware and Rewired.

And it also happens without Rewired.
