That's a corrupt entity: a Cyberzombie with implants had no implants when killed. In other words, another mod is interfering, probably AbyssalCraft.

Logs are no longer accessible, not a cyberware issue anyway, hence closing.
PS: use gist or pastebin for hosting logs next time.
