It seems that the Manalink is unobtainable as I haven't gotten it as a drop from Cyber Zombies. I could be unlucky but...
I'm currently using ProjectE's Katar which has OP Damage & Range to slay Cyber Zombies spawning from 3 Command Blocks via redstone to the point where FPS drops due to all the XP orbs & items. I've gotten a bunch of salvaged augment drops such as the Manaseer but not a single salvaged ManaLink. Here's an image...
How long I've went with the Katar where I was getting low FPS. From 0 Levels to 35 Levels.

The one Salvaged Manalink in my inventory was from creative just so I'm able to pick it up, since slaying a billion mobs tends to clog up space.
