When crafting a part blue print, placing a blank blueprint and a cyber part in a crafting grid will result in a second cyber part appearing when you grab the resulting blueprint

In the pictured example, Synthetic Skin was placed in the center spot of the crafting grid, with the blank blueprint below it. Once I grabbed the Synthetic Skin Blueprint from the crafting slot, a new synthetic skin appeared

This behavior is the same for all items that can make a blueprint and it is the same when done in the player's inventory crafting.

This behavior does change if the blank blueprint is placed in the top left slot of the crafting grid. In this case, the blank blue print is over ridden by the duplicated cyber part as seen in this example:
