Every single runner I have run into wants me to sell them neuropozyne. I thought they were supposed to sell it? Am I just unlucky because I'm curing zombies? My sample size is 3.

I don't remember the mod adding any villager profession or trade, are you sure it's not coming from another mod?

Neuropozyne is added by Cyberware and according to JEI the only way to get it is from runner villagers. Since there is no recipe to make it, it's not viable to get a sustainable amount from dungeon loot. However, I did check ReWIRED's config option and that says they added the Runner villager, so I will hop over there and open the issue with them.
