when you become an android in matter overdrive you get the ability to place any forge energy capable battery inside yourself, and it would be nice if cyberware capacitors and or parts could be powered using this internal battery to prevent the clutter of having to use 2 seperate chargers if one wishes to use both mods

Matter overdrive is already overpowered. Using their battery instead of ours would remove the essence penalty related to energy storage and production, breaking the mod balance. As such, I see no reason to add such support.
Pull requests are welcome to add it, but it'll need a configuration to disable it.
