All items can be shift clicked into the inventory of the Component Box and Blueprint Archive even if they cannot be manually placed, allowing the player to store anything in them.

Can't reproduce in dev space, what other mods are involved here?

Well I can't reproduce the issue either on the newest version. Guess it got inadvertently fixed in the update.
