Ok, is there any specific lines in .logs that is revelant about this error ?
also i'm using a forge version a bit farther than the latest stable. (that's 2768)

Forge version 2816 changed the API for items rarity. You need that version or newer.
I've asked the Forge team to push a new recommended build.
Next version of Cyberware will check for this dependency explicitly.
