MC Version: 1.19.2

Not sure how doable this is, but when Interactic Fancy Item Rendering and/or Droplight's item flipping is on, it causes the items in the shops to rotate and flip around wildly. So not so much a compatibility issue, as much as it is funky interactions with those mods and their respective functions.

Realistically I feel it might be easier/better to suggest a different display mode/option for shops to use something like an item in an invisible item frame sort of setup, or some other manner of static item display option.
