When an OctoEconomyAPI implementation is installed, an ADMIN player account is created consisting of UUID 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

Commands (OP only)

/shoppy admin_shop sets a creative shop that was an NPC shop to be owned by you.

/shoppy npc_shop sets a creative shop that was an admin shop to be an NPC account.
