This is the new expansion for Silent's Gems, which just contains some of the more weird and overpowered mechanics of Silent's Gems 3. See this issue on the original Gems repo for more information.
The mod is very incomplete, but can be safely installed. Most of the items do not currently work. I do not have much time to work on this, so I have no idea when it will be "complete".
